The Village Hemet is owned by the original 10 partners who got together in 1985 to build our sister community, Freedom Village, located in Lake Forest, CA, in Orange County. Both communities offer vibrant lifestyles with security and peace of mind knowing you have a plan in place for future healthcare should your needs change over time.
The Village Hemet and Freedom Village are unique because both communities are debt free. The owners paid off the mortgages in the early years of operation. Today there is no mortgage owed to any financial institution. Even during economic downturns, The Village and Freedom Village residents know their homes are secure.
