Services for You In-Home Caregiving Program
- Additional assistance in your Village residence for those with special care needs. All caregivers are trained Village employees, monitored by the Resident Services Director.
- Companionship, dressing, bathing, meal preparation
- Accompaniment to medical or business appointments
- Personal laundry, light housekeeping, dusting, ironing
- Medication management (by licensed nurse)
- Shopping assistance, personal bookkeeping

In addition, our Bridge to Home service is available for those who need transitional care before going home following a stay in Skilled Nursing.
